There is no question that the first pass was forward and even though the passer caught the tipped pass behind the spot where he originally threw the ball, I believe that you should have a flag for illegal forward pass as the second forward pass occurred after the first one.
I agree with Doug, spot on......Either R or U should have the flag? H had 2 guys in his area, not sure about the L.

Two forward passes- illigal forward pass. It is a spot foul- 5yards and a loss of down!! Wow- tricky!!
