News and Events   The FHSAA has selected playoff crew #1 to officiate the 5A state semi-final game between Manatee and St. Thomas Aquinas in Bradenton, Friday Dec. 11, 2009. The SGFOA and Honigs have teamed up to provide a once in a lifetime experience for patients at the Lee Memorial Pediatric Cancer Center. These children will be honorary officials for all Lee county games on August 28th, 2009, participating in the pregame with coaches, coin toss and a front row seat for the game.  Special thanks to Fred at Honigs for providing authentic officials shirts for our honorary officials. Congrats to SGFOA Playoff Crew #1 for being assigned to the 4A State Final Game at the Citrus Bowl in Orlando on 12/20/08: Plant (Tampa), 13-1 vs Lincoln (Tallahassee), 11-3.
